These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Tranzvo, Inc. (“Tranzvo”, “we”, “us”) and of the digital assessments, personalized digital reports and related digital content we make available. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults who are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in their country of residence. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the services is permitted under the laws that apply to you.
Use of the website
You may use the website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated means to extract content from it.
Digital assessments
Tranzvo assessments consist of structured questions relating to personal preferences, tendencies or behaviours. Your responses are processed to produce an individualized digital result. Assessments are designed for personal insight and self-development.
Personalized digital reports
Where a personalized digital report is provided, it is generated from the responses you submit and is intended for your personal use. Reports are delivered digitally and may be made available on the website or by email.
Informational nature of assessments
Tranzvo assessments and digital reports are intended for informational and personal-development purposes. They are not medical or psychological diagnoses and should not be relied upon as medical, psychological, legal, financial, employment or other professional advice. If you have concerns about your health or wellbeing, consult a qualified professional.
Subscriptions
Certain services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.
Where a service is offered on a recurring subscription basis, the applicable price, any introductory or trial terms, billing frequency, automatic renewal terms and cancellation method will be clearly presented before the customer completes the purchase.
Payment
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers such as Stripe. By submitting a purchase, you authorise the applicable charge and confirm that you are permitted to use the payment method provided. Applicable taxes may be added where required.
Renewals
Where a subscription renews automatically, it renews in accordance with the billing terms presented at the time of purchase until it is cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription using the cancellation method provided with the applicable service or by contacting support@tranzvo.com.
Cancellation prevents future renewals in accordance with the terms presented at purchase. Where access has already been paid for, cancellation will not normally remove access before the end of the applicable paid period unless otherwise stated.

Assessment responses
You retain any rights you may have in information you submit.
By submitting assessment responses, you permit Tranzvo and its service providers to process those responses as reasonably necessary to provide, personalize, secure and improve the applicable service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
Our services may rely on third-party providers for functions such as payment processing, hosting, email delivery and infrastructure. Your use of certain third-party features may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and privacy practices.
Intellectual property
The website, assessments, report formats, text, design and other materials are owned by Tranzvo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use purchased digital content for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly republish our content without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:

- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or circumvent the security of the services;

Service availability
We aim to keep our services available and functioning, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical issues or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that results or insights will be accurate for every individual or suitable for any particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tranzvo will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Where liability may lawfully be limited, Tranzvo’s aggregate liability arising from the relevant service will not exceed the amount paid by you for that service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to services
We may add, modify or discontinue features or products from time to time. Where a change materially affects a paid service you are actively using, we will take reasonable steps to inform you.
Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where required by law, or where necessary to protect the services or other users.

Governing terms
Tranzvo, Inc. is incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
