Tranzvo, Inc. (“Tranzvo”, “we”, “us”) provides online self-discovery and personal insight assessments, personalized digital reports, and subscription access to additional assessments and related digital content for individual consumers. This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information we may collect, how that information may be used, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
You may provide information directly to us, for example when you contact customer support, complete an assessment, or purchase a digital product. This may include your name, email address and the content of messages you send to us.
Assessment responses
Where you complete a Tranzvo assessment, we may collect and process the responses you submit. Assessment responses may be processed to generate personalized digital results, reports and related insights, and to operate, maintain and improve our digital products.
Assessment responses are used for informational and personal-development purposes. They are not used to provide medical, psychological, clinical, employment-screening, legal or financial services.
Automated processing and personalization
Assessment responses may be processed using automated scoring or rules to generate personalized results, reports and related insights. These outputs are intended for informational and personal-development purposes and are not used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
Sensitive information
Our assessments are not designed to collect medical records, government identification numbers, financial account credentials or other highly sensitive information unless specifically required for a clearly stated purpose.
Users should not unnecessarily provide such information in assessment responses, customer-support messages or other free-text communications.
Email and contact information
We may use your email address to deliver digital results or reports, to respond to support requests, and to send service-related messages such as purchase confirmations or important notices about a product you use.
Account information
If account functionality is introduced, we may process account credentials and related settings in order to provide access to purchased products and content. Where accounts are not offered for a given product, no account information is collected for it.
Transaction and purchase information
If you purchase a digital product or subscription, we may receive records relating to that transaction, such as the product purchased, the date and amount, the transaction identifier, and limited billing details supplied by our payment provider (for example the card brand and last digits, or the billing country).
Payment card information
Payment-card information is handled by third-party payment providers. Tranzvo does not directly store full payment-card numbers. Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers such as Stripe, which process payment details in accordance with their own terms and privacy practices.
Technical and device information
When you visit our website or use our digital products, limited technical information may be processed automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device type, language settings and general log data. This information supports security, reliability and basic operation of the service.
Cookies
We may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for security, site operation, session management and essential preferences. Tranzvo does not intentionally use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioural advertising technologies on this corporate website at this time. If we introduce analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking technologies, this policy and any applicable consent controls will be updated.
Service providers
We may use trusted third-party providers to help operate our business, including hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, customer support and payment processing. These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable privacy terms. Tranzvo selects providers with appropriate privacy and security safeguards.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared:
- with service providers acting on our behalf, as described above;
- where required by law, regulation, legal process or a valid governmental request;
- to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights, safety and security of users, the public or Tranzvo;
- in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition or transfer of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the service, maintain records of transactions, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised.
International processing
Tranzvo, Inc. is incorporated in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States or in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for cross-border transfers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights in relation to your personal information, such as the right to request access to it, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, request a copy in a portable format, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
